Bistro Karel

Bistro Karel is located near Troja Château in a former service building. The bistro offers breakfast until mid-afternoon and a rotating weekly lunch menu with three dishes. The menu includes croquettes, soups, pancakes, granola, Turkish eggs, and soba noodle dishes. Coffee is supplied by Father’s Coffee Roastery. The bistro also plans retail products such as syrups, fermented goods, and natural wines.
